A representative will greet you at the Cruise terminals holding a name board with your name, the service is available from 07.30AM on selected cruise arrival days, with the departure from the cruise terminal by no later than 8:15 AM from Southampton Cruise terminals direct to Heathrow Airport Terminals 2,3,4,5 or Heathrow Airport Hotel and London Hotel in one of our fully air-conditioned and spacious Minivan or Minibus which holds between 8 travelers and luggage.

When you have collected all your luggage you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal just by the exit of the cruise terminal where our representative or driver will be standing displaying a name board with EC Minibus Cruise Shared Ride Service or your name between 7:30 am to 8:00 am.
(Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off are)

Please inform the Cruise company that you have a cruise Shared-ride service and you need to disembark by no later than 8 AM.

If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day.
On some occasions, the cruise company has been known to provide a later disembarkation time slot that may cause you to miss this service. we advise you to inform them that you need to be off the ship by 7:45 AM because if you are not able to meet the representative by 8:15 AM you will lose the service If you are persistent they will make the arrangements.
Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs)
Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
