You will be met inside the airport terminal where the chauffeur will be displaying a name board with your name, your flight will be monitored and the chauffeur will only go into the terminal once the flight has landed and you will not be charged extra for delayed flights, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle.
Then you will be taken to Stonehenge which is a 1 hour and 20 minute drive from Heathrow airport. You will then be provided with your pre-booked tickets for Stonehenge. The chauffeur will arrange a meeting point so you can easily locate them after you have finished the Stonehenge tour and then you will be dropped to your Southampton accommodation or the Cruise terminal which is a 1 hour drive.

Our driver will monitor the flight and only go into the terminal 40 minutes after the plane lands and our driver will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area)
this service is available from 7:30 AM to 14:30PM therefore if your flight lands earlier than 7 AM, the chauffeur will only go into the terminal at 8 AM.
If your flight lands later than 14:30 PM unfortunately this service won't be available due to Stonehenge's closing time.
At Stonehenge now the Audio Guides are no longer available to purchase now you will have to go on to the App Store on Apple or Google Store to download the Stonehenge app for free which acts as an Audio Guide and internet access is not required to listen to the Audio Guide once is downloaded. Recommended to download before arriving at Stonehenge.
If waiting time at Heathrow airport exceeds 90 minutes from the flight arrival time the total carpark cost is payable to the driver in cash to the driver at the end of your transfer.
The Chauffeur will leave the airport terminal 90 minutes from the flight arrival time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays in passport control or customs, Please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show.
This service includes 2 hours of viewing time (waiting time) at Stonehenge. If going beyond the 2 hours the additional charge is applicable, paid to the driver in cash on the day, £50 per hour for the Sedan and for the Minivan and the 8 Seater Van will be £60 per hour.
