Pick up point: MRT Pasar Seni station ‘Gate A’ (opposite Hotel Mandarin Pacific). Prior arrangements can be made to pick up from hotels around 2 km from the pick-up point.

Start to trek into the forest to learn about the flora and fauna and also the Tao Te Ching Philosophy (how to observe nature and apply it to our daily life to become a better person).

Enjoy the fruits and snacks that we bought and swim in the pool.

1430 hrs
Drive to Selayang Hot Spring (it will take about 50 mins).

1530 hrs:
Learn about Mind Over Matter (submerge into an above 45°C hot spring pool).

1630 hrs
On the way for the early dinner, learn about the Habits of a Happy Person and also enjoy a good local meal (Street food).

1800 hrs:
Return back to the hotel or the pickup point.
