This village famous with Batak Traditional House, Sigale gale, King Sidabutar Tomb, and Batak Museum
In this village laid the ancient tomb of King Sidabutar who is the first man ever set his feet on Samosir Island. Around this place has a market that sell food, souvenirs and others. .but always remember to bargain as they have the tendency to hike their prices for tourists.

Next, we visit to see the other tourist village on Samosir Island , its Kampung Ambarita in Simanindo sub-district, located at Huta Siallagan, It was a sacred place. The most interesting things in the museum are the stone sculptures «Batu Parsidangan», located under a tree. The stone chairs/table were for the king Siallagan and queen, the clan chiefs, and the spiritual leader, when they made the judgment. The village is also very typical with beautiful Batak houses!
