- The starting point, the ticket redemption point, and the meeting point are the same place: Via delle Terme di Tito on the corner of Via Nicola Salvi. Our Staff will wait beside the park entrance with a "Tour in the city" sign.
- Please note that your bus tickets will be delivered to you by e-mail 24hrs before the tour departure time. Check your e-mail or contact us.
- Customers have a mandatory meeting time stated 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time due to managing and organizational reasons.
Late arrivals cannot join the tour or be rescheduled unless paying again for the activity.

- Please be advised that the Colosseum’s capacity regulations and security may delay the tour departure even for pre-booked travellers. This could also influence the smooth running of the tour, especially on national holidays and events.
- Effective tour departure times may differ up to 30 minutes prior to or post the booked time. We will warn you accordingly.
- A GREEN PASS IS MANDATORY
- You must have a valid photo ID to enter the Colosseum (a copy or a photo is ok). Child discount is applied only with a valid ID card.
- For security reasons, all visitors and their luggage shall be screened.
- Forbidden objects: glass bottles and containers, alcoholic beverages, spray, and aerosols, backpacks, bulky bags, and luggage/trolley. Can be introduced medium and small size backpacks to shoulder.
