What you'll see

Day 1:: JRO- Arusha City
On arrival at Kilimanjaro airport meet and greet with your driver guide then transfer to Arusha city for your Dinner and overnight

Day 2: Arusha - Ngorongoro Crater.
Breakfast at your accommodation. Then you will be picked up with your driver-guide and drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Check-in at your hotel for a hot lunch. After lunch, we take you to the Maasai family for a culture tour. On arriving at the Maasai Village, a group of pleasant Maasai and the Village Chief welcomes you with a chilled welcome drink. During a walk through the village, your Maasai guide is explaining the life, past, and today’s life of the Tanzania Maasai. Get more information about the culinary culture of the Maasai while tasting a traditional tea (chai) prepared on the wood fire. Then transfer back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Full day Crater Tour
After breakfast, descends to the Crater floor for a full day game drive with your packed lunch. Ngorongoro Crater is the largest collapsed volcanic crater in the world and fourteen kilometers of isolated natural beauty. A ring of extinct volcanoes surrounds Ngorongoro Crater, and the floor dotted with watering holes, shelters some 30,000 animal species can be found in this beautiful caldera. You can expect to see lions, elephants, Zebras, Hippos, Flamingos, Jackals, Few remaining Black Rhinos, Antelopes, and many bird species. The birds seen here include eagle, vulture, and flamingos in the Crater Lake, stork, bats, giant vulture, sacred ibis, kori bustard, blacksmith plover, long-necked heron, and the cattle eagle. Picnic lunch will take place at the hippo pool after lunch ascends from the crater floor and drive back to your hotel overnight.

Day 4:: Ngorongoro Crater – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, leave with your lunch box and depart to Ngorongoro crater Rim with the game on the route. On the way, you will pass by Olduvai George Museum. It was here that the anthropologists Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of the ’Nutcracker Man’ and ‘Handy Man’, both very significant links in the chain of human evolution. Then proceed with your drive to Serengeti Park. The Serengeti is arguably the most impressive wildlife sanctuary in the world. You will have an afternoon game drive in the endless plains of the Serengeti for a chance to see the vast herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade.

Day 5:: Full Day Game Drive around Serengeti Park
You have a full day in this wonderful park, rising early to make the most of our time. Our guides will choose the best spotting locations for the time of year; you can spend time at the Hippo pool watching these majestic animals laze about in the cool water happily living alongside the crocodiles, watch a big pride of lions, be in the middle of the migration, sometimes surrounded by wildebeest, sometimes by zebras, which travel with the wildebeest. Your journey from the wide-open plains to the kopjes: these rocky volcanic outcrops provide protection and shelter for a wide variety of animals, and from the top, we can look out across the vast grasslands of the Serengeti. This diverse and exciting landscape will provide us with the ultimate in game viewing, you will hopefully see all of the everyday games; elephants, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, lions and if you are lucky the elusive leopard and cheetah, as well as vast amounts of the exciting birdlife, from the elegant secretary birds to the flightless ostrich

Day 6:: Full day Game Drive at Serengeti Park.
Breakfast at your accommodation, then leave for another full day game drive with your packed lunch. On this day, your driver will find an excellent place for your game drive, where you will be able to spot different species of wild animals, birds, and trees.

Day 7:: Serengeti Seronera Area to North Serengeti (Mara)
After breakfast, drive in the Seronera in Central Serengeti area around Mara and the Grumeti River has good resident game throughout the year. A non-migrating game like elephant, buffalo, gazelle, zebra, lion, leopard, and cheetah can be seen here all year round. The game viewing is perfect, and you can follow the game for long periods without seeing other vehicles - truly one of the forgotten corners of the Serengeti Plains. Magnificent river trees can be found along the river lines, and birdlife such as kingfishers and fish eagles can be found here.

Day 8:: Balloon Safari & Evening Game Drive
Early morning before breakfast, you will be picked up and transfer to the Balloon safari starting point. This hot air balloon safari across the Mara River is a once in a lifetime adventure. You will experience the majestic Serengeti from the sky. English breakfast to be saved under the tree canvas after this memorable flight. Then transfer to your accommodation with the game on the route. Hot lunch to be saved from your hotel. Evening you can decide to have a sunset game drive or rest at your accommodation.

Day 10:: Serengeti - Arusha Airport.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Lobo airstrip for a flight to Arusha airport, which leaves at 10:20. On arrival at Arusha airport at 12:20, you will be picked up and transfer to the hotel where you will have a hot lunch, resting, and shower. Evening transfer to the Kilimanjaro airport for your flight back home.
