You can activate your ticket in one of two ways:
1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Tour Operator Confirmation Number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel.
2. Visit our Big Bus Information Centre. Address: 11 Avenue de l’Opéra, 75001 Paris, or a Big Bus team member at any stop on the route and present your printed or mobile voucher.
River Cruise Information (If Included in Your Ticket)
Important: You must book a river cruise date before boarding your River Cruise. There are two ways to do this:
1. In the Big Bus app: Once you have added your booking, you will be able access your river cruise ticket to choose a date under ‘Complete Actions’.
2. Online: Visit the Big Bus Paris website and go to the “Manage My Booking”. Enter your Tour Operator Confirmation Number and Last Name and choose a departure date.
3. In person: Present your voucher to a staff member at any Big Bus stop. Our staff will provide you with a river cruise ticket.
Cruise Departure Location: At the base of the Eiffel Tower – Boarding Pier 3, near Big Bus Stop #8.
Departure Times: Every 45 minutes from 10:30am to 9:00pm. On weekends: Every 30 minutes.
Arc de Triomphe (If Included in Your Ticket)
You do not need to prebook a date or timeslot, however you will need a ticket to enter. You can access this ticket in three ways.
1. In the Big Bus app: Once you have added your booking, you will be able access your Arc de Triomphe under ‘Complete Actions’.
2. Online: Visit the Big Bus Paris website and go to the “Manage My Booking”. Enter your Tour Operator Confirmation Number and Last Name and you will be able to access your ticket.
3. In person: Present your voucher to a staff member at any Big Bus stop. Our staff will provide your ticket.
