The first part of the visit to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum and Memorial is the main camp called Auschwitz I. Over here, the tour takes place with live English commentary through the original buildings and grounds of the former concentration camp. You will be able to hear your guide through a headset.
The former camp Auschwitz II-Birkenau is the second part of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum and Memorial. Here you will continue your guided tour on the Birkenau grouds.
The Salt Mine is situated in Wieliczka, near Krakow. The visit takes place either after visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau or before that. When booking an English-guided option, there will be a lunch break of up to 1,5 hours in Wieliczka before the Salt Mine Tour.
The trip will end near the Old Town Square in Krakow if you select an option with transportation.
