About this experience

Visit the larger neighboring island of Mykonos full of beauty and art – experience this authentic Greek island!
Tinos houses the most important church of Greece, the impressive “Evangellistria”.It is the aim of pilgrimage for Greek people from all over the world.
The island has many beautifully maintained traditional villages and many with marble sculpturing decorated houses, crafted by local Tinian marble artists.
On our comfortable bus tour, we visit the church, see valleys of the pigeon houses, traditional villages (where you can enjoy lunch in a tavern with great views and local specialties), and the woman’s monastery of Kechrovouni with its picturesque views and wonderful architecture.
We also have stops in the village of Pyrgos famous for it's marble, and the village of Volax, famous for its basket weaving tradition.
Back in Tinos town, you have free time for shopping and to relax at the harbor front before we make our way back to Mykonos by ferry.

This is the first stop of the tour. This is the most important and holy church of Greece.

Here you will visit the womens monastery of Tinos.

The village of Pyrgos is know as the main town of Marble, even the bus stop is made out of solid marble. We visit marble artists in their workshop.

This village that has a fascinating landscape dominated by big granite rocks, is famous for its basket weaving tradition.

In the beautiful village of Ktikados you will have the opportunity to have lunch with a breathtaking view over the valley.

Enjoy free time in the town of Tinos (chora) for some shopping of drinks or food, before taking the ferry back to Mykonos.
