In all our sessions, we include 10’ mins to undress to redress shower and client consultation.

Gender: You are welcome to particularly request only male or female massage therapists. Please request them during the Booking Process (by emailing us) - not at the day/time of the appointment.

Uma Ray Suites is located in Fira, behind Sklavenitis s/m and City Hall.
Parking is extremely difficult in Fira, so allow at least 30’ minutes in advance, making sure this will not be a reason to be late!!!
Try to park your car at Fira Free Parking 2 or Thira City Hall Parking or at Stationnement.

• We ask that you arrive at least 20’ mins prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments missed by later than 15' mins, will be cancelled and fully charged as no-show.
• If, you are late less than 15 mins, we will accommodate you to the best of our ability. However, your treatment will be shortened
• Not suitable for travelers with active cancer and pregnant women. Pregnant women and guests with active cancer can only have the Rejuvance Face massage
• Gender: Our massage therapists on a standard basis include a man and a woman therapist. You are welcome to particularly request male or female massage therapists. Please request them during the booking process. However due to differences on charges additional charge 50 euros per hour will be applied for any requested massage professional out of our standard basis
• In all our sessions, we include 10’ mins to undress, to redress, shower and client consultation.

• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
