About this experience

We invite you to explore some of the most isolated places on the island, without straying too far from Funchal.
As you climb the narrow streets and alleys from Estreito de Câmara de Lobos to Fajã das Galinhas, you will be able to witness some of the characteristics that make Madeiran agriculture a unique experience.
From the Boca dos Namorados viewpoint you can see the geographical grandeur of this island, while admiring the view over the Curral das Freiras. This rugged valley surrounded by vertical mountains, served as a refuge for many nuns during the most difficult time in Funchal's history.
At Cabo Girão, walk on a glass platform suspended 500 meters above the ocean. This Seacliff is one of the highest in the world and from it you can see Funchal as well as the picturesque fishing village of Câmara de Lobos. This small village is a must-see stop before returning to the hotel, as its beauty and charm did not go unnoticed by some of the most important figures of the 20th century.
