The majestic Gauja River (the longest river in Latvia) and its wild tributaries make this trip an adventure for nature lovers to remember.

Paddle downstream for around 5 hours, while enjoying the most beautiful landscapes of the Gauja River Valley, including the stunning steep riverbanks, the famous 350 million-year-old sandstone cliffs, and the dense pristine forests of Gauja National Park.

On hot summer days take occasional stop-overs to have a refreshing dip in the Gauja River. Get engaged by a knowledgeable eco-tour guide with our special Improv-travel approach and discover many interesting facts about the nature and culture of Latvia.
