It is always a good idea to get the body moving and take a deep inhale of fresh air, which is why this tour begins with an exciting bicycle ride to a local farm in Tra Que Village. Upon arrival, you will receive an introduction to the village's history, providing interesting insights into the cultivation of vegetables and their uses in traditional Vietnamese medicine.
You will tour the vegetable garden and join the farmers in preparing and fertilizing the land with algae from the local lake. Activities will include raking, sowing, picking greens, and much more. After our time with the farmers, we will work the land until it's time to prepare special dishes with a local family.
