You must pre-book your time slot for the London Eye after booking. Due to high demand and limited availability, especially during peak times, we recommend retrieving your booking and selecting your time slot as soon as possible at: https://www.bigbustours.com/manage-my-booking
Once you have selected your time slot through the Big Bus Manage My Booking portal, you can download your ticket and head straight to the London Eye.
You can activate your bus ticket in one of two ways:
1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Tour operator confirmation number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. You can then board the bus at any Big Bus stop on the route.
2. Present your printed or mobile voucher to a Big Bus team member or driver at any stop on the route during operating hours. We recommend boarding at Stop 11: London Eye (Westminster Bridge Road, next to the Lion Statue, outside the London Marriott County Hall).
For your cruise, head straight to the City Cruises terminal at Westminster Pier or Tower Pier and show your printed or digital ticket to board.
