You can activate your ticket in one of two ways:
1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Tour operator confirmation number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. You can then board the bus at any Big Bus stop on the route.
2. Present your printed or mobile voucher to a Big Bus team member or driver at any stop on the route during operating hours. Recommended boarding stops include:
Stop 1 – Green Park Station (next to The Ritz)
Stop 11 – London Eye (next to the Lion Statue)
Stop 16 – Tower of London (TfL Stop "TA")
For your cruise, head straight to the City Cruises terminal at Westminster Pier (near stop 18) or Tower Pier (near stop 19)and show your printed or digital ticket to board.
If you selected a ticket including a river cruise, you can board at Tower Pier (near Stop 19) or Westminster Pier (near Stop 21). Please note, the 1-day ticket does NOT include a river cruise.
If you purchased a 48-hour ticket, 3 walking tours are included. Walking tours start from the Big Bus Stop listed for each walk. Meet your guide there and show your printed or digital ticket before your tour begins.

If your ticket includes the Evening Tour, it departs from Stop 12: London Eye (Westminster Bridge Road, bus stop next to the Lion Statue, outside London Marriott County Hall). Show your printed or digital ticket to a Big Bus team member before joining the tour.
