-Our tours operate rain or shine and will only be cancelled in the event of unsafe weather conditions, as determined by our team. Guests have the prerogative to cancel their tour up to 24 hours in advance, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- This trip is a 10-hour duration (from hotel pick-up to drop-off). Any additional time will be charged as overtime at JPY 2,500 per 30 minutes, payable directly to the driver on the day of the trip
-The operator can only offer 1 child seat per group / vehicle, any extra child seat will have a 2,500JPY charge.
- Drop off location change is permitted, as long as it's in allowed areas, at no extra cost. Please let driver know on the day.
-This booking is applicable for pick-up / drop-off from Tokyo's 23 wards. Any other area will have an surcharge of JPY 5,000-20,000 to be paid before or on the day of the trip, depending on the location.
