In the beautiful warm backdrop of Kerala, India which is known for its sea and backwaters with beautifully lined coconut trees and floating houseboats, you will experience a workshop on understanding yoga, advancing into meditation, learning about chakras, healing, how to heal yourself and others, purify your mind and body through powerful advanced pranayama, and yogic exercises that activate the various energy centers of the body.

An Award Winning program by Awaken Inner Buddha Yoga which conducts retreats, workshops, and classes in Zen Meditation and Classical approach to physical Yoga in more than 35 countries of 60 cities around the world. Come be led by Zen Master Vidhi Chhariya, who will lead you gently into meditation, physical yoga to heal and expand the body and into healing energy work to resolve our present and past.

This is a sun and sea laden warm destination of India known as the land of Gods. Kindly carry your swimwear if you would like to swim in the sea and sunscreen. For the program, we encourage everyone to have comfortable clothing for purpose of sitting in meditation postures as well as doing Yoga. We encourage leggings for women and shorts for women because they help teacher focus and guide on corrections of the lower half of the body.
Pick up and Drop transport to and from the resort is available on demand.
