Arrival Lounge (not applicable to Departure Only bookings): Begin your Jamaican travel experience with a personalized expedited service through the airport. Enjoy being greeted upon disembarking the plane by a dedicated VIP representative with a customized sign. You will then be expedited through the VIP Priority lane in Immigration and Customs. Your Club Mobay representative will then get you settled in the arrival lounge where you can enjoy a wide array of amenities while waiting for your ground transportation.
Departure Lounge (not applicable to Arrival Only bookings): Savour your last moments before you depart the island by relaxing in our state-of-the-art lounges as our VIP guest. On arrival at the airport, please perform your standard airline check-in with your respective carrier. When you have completed the check-in process, please proceed to the Club Mobay desk where an associate will provide you with information on how to access the dedicated VIP Priority lane and lounge.

1. Immigration fast track line, where your arrival documents will be processed.
2. Check-in with your Club MoBay Rep who will review your Immigration/Customs forms.
3. You'll be escorted to the VIP Immigration fast track line, where your arrival documents will be processed.
4. Once through Immigration, your rep will escort you to the Baggage Hall.
5. Proceed to the VIP Fast Track line in Customs hall.
6. You'll be escorted to the Club MoBay Arrivals lounge and greeted with a cold towel and refreshments.
7. If your hotel offers an arrivals lounge, our Rep will escort you to await transportation.
8. If you're being hosted by our Club MoBay Lounge, our Rep will guide you to your ground transport.
DEPARTURE ONLY
1. Upon arrival at airport, complete check-in process with your respective carrier.
2. Proceed to Club MoBay desk near the airport’s security/immigration entrance, opposite check-in desk 28.
3. Present boarding pass or passport at Club MoBay desk and receive ticket. Club MoBay Services including VIP fast track are available ONLY to customers with a Club MoBay ticket.
4. Proceed to Club MoBay Fast Track entrance with your AIRLINE BOARDING PASS, CLUB MOBAY TICKET AND PASSPORT to present to security.
5. A Rep will guide you to the lines to expedite Immigration and Security. Your IMMIGRATION AND SECURITY FAST TRACK stub will be retrieved at the Immigration Desk.
6. Follow signs directing you to the Club MoBay Departure Lounge, located opposite gate 12.
