Also known as Plaza de la Constitución, the Zocalo is located at the heart of the Historic Center in Mexico City. It was inaugurated in 1910 to commemorate the 100 anniversary of Mexico´s Independence, it is a mausoleum for the heroes that lost their lives during this war. It is one of the most emblematic monuments of the city and a cultural icon, a symbol of freedom.
This monument is in honor of Benito Juárez, a former Mexican president. It has a neoclassic style and is formed by 12 Doric columns made of marble. It looks stunning illuminated at night!
Turibus Tours is located between Av. 5 de Mayo and Calle Tacuba, next to the cathedral.
Our buses are the RED double-decker buses with the Turibus logo on the sides, and our staff will be wearing a Turibus vest and badge for easy identification.
Upon arrival at the redemption location, customers must present a digital or printed reservation voucher to receive the tour. Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before your departure time.
