Pick up operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pick up time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the closest point available on our routes.
Wear or bring shoes and clothes that can get wet, and bring a change of dry clothes that can be stored in the on-site lockers; please use non-chemical insect repellent.
Prices for children depend on height. Children over 4.6 feet (1.40 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.39 meters) pay the child fare. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) ride free as long as they do not occupy a seat.
For children under 5 years of age, activities are restricted. Infants (0-4 years old) must stay with an adult in the cafeteria, restaurant or rest areas.
The minimum age to drive the amphibious cars is 18 years old. All drivers must present their driver's license.
Zip line requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 pounds (40 kg); maximum weight is 300 (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width is 25 inches (65 cm).
