What you'll see
Book your one-way trip transfer between the airport and your Cancun-area hotel and enjoy a stress-free way to start and end your vacation! This is a shared shuttle service, each passenger is allowed one carry-on suitcase and one checked suitcase weighing up to 25 kg.
When making a booking for this trip, you will need to advise your flight details and your hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!
Once you arrive at cancun, clear customs and please proceed to the exit of the building. You will pass through the timeshare, car rental, and taxi area. Please avoid the exit marked "Family and Friends" and take the exit to the designated "Tour Operators" area. Look for our airport representative, who will be waiting for you with a distinctive Mexico Travel Solutions sign. Our staff will be easily identifiable with a white shirt, pink collar and sleeves, MTS logo on the upper left side, multicolored MTS flower on the right side of the waist, and navy blue pants. Our representative will warmly welcome you and guide you to the assigned unit. Please note that the unit has a waiting time of 20 to 60 minutes to coordinate with the remaining passengers.
