Your driver will be waiting for you in front of the pharmacy (on the left, after the electronic doors) inside the train station, holding a sign with your name.
In case of a train delay, the driver will monitor the train's arrival and will be at the station at the updated time.
Any change to the train number or arrival time must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the original arrival time.
In the event of a canceled or missed train, the transfer will not be provided. If you arrive on a different train with a new pick-up time, a new transfer booking will be required.
The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact time will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
