Any changes to the flight number, and consequently to the arrival time, must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the original arrival time.
In the event of a flight diversion to Pisa, Bologna, or another airport, the booked transfer from Florence Airport will be canceled and non-refundable.
In the event of a canceled or missed flight, the transfer will not be provided and will be non-refundable. If you arrive on a new flight with a revised pick-up time, you will need to book a new transfer.
The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact time will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
