About this experience

The first stop of this unforgettable day will be at the monastery of St. Gerassimos the patron of the island. The monastery is considered as one of the most sacred pilgrimages in Kefalonia and it is situated under the imposing Mount Ainos.
Next you head to the impressive Drogarati Cave located outside Sami, experts estimate that the cave is about 150 million years old.
Continuing on to Melissani Lake and Cave where you will explore by boat the stalactites that are over 20.000 years old.
At the town of Agia Efimia you will have plenty of free time for lunch , we drive towards Myrtos Bay one of the islands most famous beaches for a photo stop.
Finally a visit to Argostoli the capital of the island, here you can take refreshments. relax in the square or you have have a walk and explore before re boarding to the coach to start the journey back to the port.
