Punta Cana Airport Transportation to your Hotel or to the Airport is confirmed once the booking is made. We will have a driver with a sign with your name on it at the airport for arrivals and at the Hotel's lobby for departures. Please contact us once you have arrived to let us know that you did, then once you have your luggage and be on your way out, contact us again, so we may contact the driver that will have a sign with your name on it, that will be park 3 minutes away, that will drive to meet you in front of the cafeteria outside the airport's exit with the vehicle, for terminal A the cafeteria is call "JetLag ", for terminal B it is call "Mi refugio". One day before your departure date contact us to confirm pick up time at the Hotel's lobby, and please also give us your room number to complete the driver's pick up order. There is free wifi in most of the hotels, inside the airport, and in most places in the area, installing whatsapp will make it so much easier and free to be in contact with our 24 hours customers service number. This service has different choices pickup / drop off , one one way and round trip to the Hotels in Dominican Republic, and from the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Please make sure you choose the correct area, where you Hotel is located. We offer transportation to the following areas: Bavaro/Punta Cana/ Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, La Romana/Bayahibe, Boca Chica, Las Americas International airport .

All reservations must specify:

1. Flight Details, Airline, flight number, and expected time of arrival and departure (We monitor all the flights for delays or early arrivals or departures.)

2. Passenger's Phone number .

3. Hotel's name and room number is required for Hotel's pickups for all Departure. A day before your departure contact us at to our Whatsapp or Local number for free from the Hotel and confirm your pick up time.

4. We schedule your pick up time , so you will be at the airport 3 hours before the flight's departure.

5. If you choose the incorrect option for the area where you hotel is located, you will receive an email asking to call our 24 hours Viator's customer service number to amend the booking (24 hours or less prior the traveling date.)

Choose the correct area where your hotel is located. If you are going to any of these hotels do not choose the Punta Cana Hotels area. Choose Uvero Alto Area. These Hotels are in the Uvero Alto area.
