This tour is not handicap accessible but can accommodate people who use wheelchairs if they are able to get in and out of both the bus and the aircraft on their own. We are unable to store wheelchairs on the buses or at our check-in facility.

• If no transfers options is selected, customers must arrive 45 minutes to the Airport prior to the schedule flight for check-in.

• All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8484. Specialists are available daily from 8:00am to 8:00pm (Pacific Time).
• Passengers must check-in for their flight 45 minutes prior to departure.
• Infant children are considered a lap child if they are under the age of two and have proof of age, such as a passport or a copy of their birth certificate
• All passengers 18 years of age and older must present government-issued photo ID
• For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing 300 lbs or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour
• All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.
• Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
