Panna Meena ka Kund is an ancient stepwell located near Amer in Jaipur, which is famous for its royal palaces, which were built in 1592 by Raja Man Singh I, and known for its Hindu-Rajput architecture. Maota Lake, a lake in Amer, has a heritage site that symbolizes the rich history of the Rajput rulers.

It served as a community gathering area and a place to collect rainwater for use during drier months. The stepwell is known for its unique crisscross pattern of staircases, believed to be impossible to climb using the same stairs both up and down.
