Meeting point

Meet near the Euston War Memorial outside Euston station. The Euston War Memorial is a stone obelisk with 4 soldier statues at the base, located by the Euston Square gardens, outside the station on the Euston roadside. Your coordinator will wait between the memorial and the Euston Tap pub.

• Travel time from London to the studio takes approx. one and a half hour so 3 hours return. The average visit to the Studio Tour lasts approximately three and a half hours. There is however no limit imposed on your time at the attraction.
• It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after scheduled departure time cannot be accommodated, and missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.
• For help with meeting points or other urgent issues, please phone +44 800 098 8019.
• Your City Wonders coordinator, dressed in blue, will be waiting between the memorial and the Euston Tap pub, located a few meters away (190 Euston Rd., London NW1 2EF).
• Guests have the opportunity to have lunch, or purchase some special Harry Potter souvenirs inside the studios.
• This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended.
• We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. Strollers can be accommodated but must be left at the luggage check in upon arrival at the studios.
• Photography is permitted throughout the tour except for the cinema rooms.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult. Parents may be asked to provide proof of their child's age on the day of the tour.
• Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated!
