We're located at the northernmost end of the Chelsea Piers Complex at Pier 62 adjacent to Hudson River Park. Please check-in at the ticket booth upon arrival. The ticket booth is located on the water just steps from the dock and our boats.
When purchasing tickets, please advise us right away if you are buying tickets separately from others in your group so that we can seat you together. There's no need to print anything prior to check-in at the meeting point. Please bring a photo ID that matches the name listed on the reservation to the ticket booth and we'll issue boarding passes at check-in. Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the departure time.
