We're located at Pier 62, the northernmost end of the Chelsea Piers Complex. Once at Chelsea Piers, walk around the north side of the building towards the Hudson River. We're located on the corner of Pier 62 and Hudson River Park. Our ticket booth is just steps from the dock.
There's no need to print anything prior to check-in at the meeting point. Please bring a photo ID that matches the name listed on the reservation to the ticket booth and we'll issue boarding passes at check-in. Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the departure time. Boarding begins promptly 5 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. If lost, please call 212-627-1825. We're located at the corner of Pier 62 of the Chelsea Piers Complex, between 22nd and 23rd street and the Hudson River. The meeting point is at the northernmost end of the Chelsea Piers Complex. The booth is located at the Hudson River, just steps from the dock.
