Our rafting tour consists of a 14km long track in an untouched and magnificant valley between pine tree forests. Guests will spend an exciting and entertaining day, accompanied by our friendly guides. On arrival at the kano outdoor base, guests will sign their insurance and waiver forms and enjoy an open buffet breakfast. You will be fitted with a safety vest, helmet and the appropriate equipment in your size. The trip to our rafting starting point is by bus, these buses hold approximatley 16 guests and there is one guide to every vehicle. The trip is around 40 km´s and takes approximatley 1 hour 15 minutes. On the way there you will have the chance to see the beauty of the region and several local villages. You are guaranteed to be constantly entertained by your guides. On arriving at the rafting starting point, guides will do a detailed health and saftey briefing in three seperate languages (English, German and Russian). You will be instructed how to handle a boat, as well as all the appropiate rules and saftey necessities for the river. Rafting groups consist of approximatley 8 people with their designated guide. After passing the first set of rapids, the excitment and smiles of our guests are evident. During the entire 14km´s, safety is held to the highest level. Our rafting tours last approximatley 3 hours. On completion guests will be transfered back to the Kano base station, here showers and changing rooms are provided. Enjoy a late afternoon buffet lunch and laugh about the days events with new found friends, which we have captured on video for your viewing. After your late afternoon lunch, guests will be transfered back to their respective hotels. All rafting guests are insured by Group Allianz. Kano rafting equipment exceeds or matches recognised international quality standards.
