If you're a lover of hiking and nature, Alishan Mountain is the most precious gem where you should definitely not miss out in Taiwan!

Departing from Chiayi Railway Station and HSR Chiayi Station, we will be heading to Chukka first. Next, we will arrive in Alishan, where you can explore the forest with those ancient trees that have lived on for more than a thousand year. Further more, immerse yourself in the phytoncidin while walking on the mysterious trails and relax from the daily stress. Last but not least, Alishan is rich of cultural heritage for indigenous tribes whose traditions and customs are still celebrated today.

Chukou Visitor Center is a stop where you can rest your legs and stretch your body because it is a long drive from the start. However, soon we will be arriving at Alishan!

Situated in the mountainous region of Chiayi County, Alishan is famous for its towering ancient trees, stunning landscapes, and the unique phenomenon known as the "sea of clouds." Visitors to Alishan can experience a serene environment filled with lush greenery, scenic walking trails, and refreshing mountain air. The most visited attractions in Alisha Area are Numaping Station, Sister Ponds, Magnolia Garden, Shenyi Waterfall, Shouzhen Temple, and more.
