There will be champagne on arrival and guests are more than welcome to BYO for your in-water experience. You'll enjoy a guided tour of the oyster farms on the Hawkesbury river followed by your secret location in-water dining. Following this unique experience we will take you to one of the best seaside townships on the Central Coast Terrigal.

From the laid-back, to the more modern, Terrigals cafés are not all the same. You can enjoy lunch at your expense. There's plenty of views and outdoor seating where you can take advantage of the seaside location. The café menus emphasize local, fresh, and artisan produce giving a touch of sophistication while remaining approachable. You can shop like a local with many retail stores in this quaint Central Coast village.

Prepare for a day you'll talk about forever! This unique experience departs Sydney at 8am and our destination is the Central Coast of NSW, its just a short drive north of Sydney. On arrival at brooklyn there will be a short break before we introduce you to our team. You'll enjoy a guided river cruise of the famous Oyster farms and then from there you will be taken to our secret location where you will enjoy in water dining. On arrival you'll we will provide you with your waterproof waders and you'll be guided to your in-water unique dining experience. There's champagne on arrival. Our team will educate you on how to open oysters then guests get enjoy the seafood dream. 18 oysters per person and plenty of prawns. When was the last time you did something so unique like wading into the river for seafood dining?

Following your unique in-water dining experience it's time for lunch (at your expense). Our team will take you to one of the more picturesque seaside villages on the central Coast. Terrigal has the most incredible views and plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The café culture is a big part of its appeal. Whether you want a beach-view, a quiet espresso, or a lunch spot with a fresh, modern menu — there’s something for everyone.
The region is well known for its retail outlets so you can take advantage of this and do some shopping.
This is the perfect one day escape from Sydney arriving back in the City by 4pm allowing plenty of time for your evening plans.
