Only devices that support eSIM can be used. To check if your device is compatible, dial *#06# — if an EID number is displayed, your device supports eSIM.
The QR code will be sent via email. Do not scan it directly with the camera; instead, go to Settings → Add eSIM to scan it.
Ensure a stable internet connection during setup; pre-departure setup is strongly recommended. Avoid free airport Wi-Fi.
Do not cancel during activation.
If “Not Activated” appears, follow the manual setup steps in the eSIM Setup Guide.
Before departure, device status should show “Activating” or “Activation Complete.” After arrival, enable the registered eSIM and data roaming if needed.
Setup will complete automatically once connected to a local network. If status shows “Off,” turn it on manually.
After arrival, restart your device in network coverage and enable data roaming.
Each QR code can only be used once.
Do not delete the eSIM during setup; deleted eSIMs cannot be reissued or refunded.
