After your reservation is confirmed, we will send the actual tickets of the QR-codes for the combo set tickets(Taipei 101, 89th Floor and Hop on, Hop Off Bus 9-hour Pass) to your email box within 48 hours.
Taipei 101 Observatory ticket available Floors : 88F、89F 、91st-floor outdoor observatory (Closed if raining), 101st floor not included.
Once the ticket has issued, the ticket is non-refundable and unchangeable of the no. of the participant.
Invalid when expired to the reservation date.
Children under height of 115 cm are free for admission and must be accompanied by an adult when on-site.

The attraction is named 101 Taipei and there will be a 101st floor please be advised that the ticket for the 101st floor is currently excluded.

• On the day of your visit to Taipei 101 Observatory Deck- 89th Floor, you can enter by scanning (or showing) the QR code screen at the "Sky Portal" entrance on the 5th floor. (When scanning the QR code on your phone, please make sure to set the screen brightness to maximum.)
• Please set the screen to the brightest when scanning the QR code.
• Please redeem the voucher and collect a physical ticket at the ticket counter if you arrive late for more than 30 minutes
• If you would like to visit earlier than the chosen time, you need to go to the online reservation counter on the 5th floor to inquire. The staff will assist you with rescheduling based on the availability
• Once the ticket has issued, the ticket is non-refundable and unchangeable of the no. of the participant.

※For Taipei Hop On Hop Off Buss 9-hour Pass:
