We offer hourly departures with a total of 14 schedules in Playa del Carmen and 14 schedules on the island of Cozumel. The operating hours are Playa del Carmen: From 8:30 am to 9:30 pm. Cozumel Island: From 7:30 am to 8:30 pm. Your ticket is an open ticket, meaning you can choose the best schedule for 6 months (subject to availability and redemption/operating conditions). We are pet friendly, so we have a special area for them. Area with anchors for wheelchairs and special areas and seats for people with different capacities. Pleasant ambient sound, air conditioning and for those who want to enjoy the view of the Caribbean Ocean, we have outdoor areas. An area for luggage storage is available. Meeting point

The Maritime Terminal of Playa del Carmen is located downtown, just at the end of 5th Avenue and the Paseo del Carmen shopping zone. At this terminal, you can take the ferry to Cozumel.
