Our main pick-up location for this tour is the Regent Theatre - 191 Collins St, Melbourne @ 8:20am. There are no alternative pick-up locations. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to departure.

Responsible Bathing: Bathing in the hot springs is not recommended for pregnant guests or those with heart conditions, hypertension, circulation disorders, or diabetes. You may be asked to sign a waiver before entry.

Transport Only Guests: If you purchase a Transport Only fare, please ensure you have pre-booked your own spa experience ticket for 10:00 AM entry.

Dress Code: Swimsuits are required in the Bath House. Rash vests and boardshorts are also acceptable.

Footwear: Thongs (flip flops) are recommended around pools and wet areas to reduce slip risks.

Mandatory Details: Passenger information, including date of birth and contact phone number, must be provided at booking.

Medical Conditions: Please inform the tour operator of any medical conditions at the time of booking.
