About this experience

Tbilisi Walking Tour covers the trail in old Town. The tour starts from Baratashvili Street near the Berikebi Monument and ends at Liberty square. You will see the major highlights of the old town, such as Gabriadze tower, Peace bridge Metechi cathedral, Narikala fortress, Bath area and Maidan square. Duration is from 3 to 5 hours. During the tour you will have opportunity to taste Georgian wine and introduce of the legends and real stories of Old Tbilisi.

Stop 1

The capital of Georgia – Tbilisi, is the ancient multicultural city. Here you will be captivated by a thrilling blend of eastern enigma and western elegance. The traditions of the East and West meet here to form a culture unlike any other in the world. Tbilisi Old Town is compact, although hilly and it’s easy to explore. 

The guide will meet you at Baratashvili street near Berikebi monument . You will see The tower of Gabriadze's puppet Theater, pass the Peace bridge and get to the Narikala fortress by cable car. From the castle you will walk down to the bath area through very narrow streets. you will see the waterfall in Leghvtakhevi, historical Bath area (which is provided by thermal water). After a little walk visit Old Cellar to taste Georgian wine. The final stop is Liberty Square.
