About this experience

Save money when we assign your Alcatraz time.

This package combines a trip to Alcatraz with standard option of a two hour SAME DAY bike rental. Options for four hours or all business day San Francisco bike rental are also available for upcharge through the bike company.

You will be assigned by us a random Alcatraz ferry boat time to go inside the Alcatraz cellhouse with audio tour of the grounds.

We will also issue a bike rental voucher. You do not pick the order of the two tours. Once your Alcatraz time is sent you will then book your bike voucher and choose a time slot that does not conflict with your Alcatraz. Some days will be morning Alcatraz and bike to follow. Some days will be issued bikes first then Alcatraz in afternoon.

Your same day bike rental voucher is for two hours of "NON MOTORIZED" classic self guided bike rental departing from Fisherman's Wharf. You can upgrade to electric bike for additional fees.

Bike vouchers expire on your Alcatraz date.

We do not cater to infants on bikes as we do not charge for infants. It is your responsibility not to book this bike tour if you have an infant; or pay out of pocket for a bike that has a carrier at another bike location other than ours.
We will assign your bike rental time slot.
ATTENTION:If you have no idea of your Alcatraz time slot on the day of your event do not randomly show up at the pier. You will be turned away!
Children 12 and under are not welcome on our bikes.
You are expected to have a refundable $200 bike deposit per order to rent our bikes.
Guests will be sent a bike voucher. They will redeem this voucher for an available bike time slot. It is their duty to match this to allow for Alcatraz time slot. We will not refund because of time slots too close to their time slot. Make it work!
Refund will not be issued for guests who fail to book the bike voucher given to them.

Meeting point

Alcatraz Cruise departs from Pier 33. Instructions will be sent 1/3 days prior to your tour date.

Important notes

VIATOR VOUCHER IS NOT YOUR ALCATRAZ ADMISSION! Please ignore any buttons that say "Get Tickets/Download". This is designed for venues that offer direct tickets. We will manually send additional emails with your Alcatraz departure vouchers two days prior. Two days prior you should search your emails/junk mail for Viator/Tour More Partners/Local operator.

Your Alcatraz admission departure time and voucher will be sent to the Viator email on file 1-2 days prior.

Your bike portion instructions will also be emailed to you. You will then make an additional reservation for your bike from the time slot that is available on the same day as Alcatraz. It is your duty to make sure you have plenty of time in between the two attractions.

Check for an ADDITIONAL VIATOR EMAIL to locate your Alcatraz admissions and time slot. Guests who do not know their time slot should email us at Tourmorepartners@gmail.com the night before if they are unsure of their time slot.
