The pizza course takes you through the preparation of traditional pizza dough that you can take home and enjoy following our instructions. Then, the pizza will be cooked and served, already risen, garnished with our ingredients. The lunch or dinner will be served with excellent Diacceroni Family wine.
During the course, which takes place in Italian and English, you can participate in the preparation of dishes and interact with our chefs, who will tell you anecdotes and curiosities related to the Pizza.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed at your station, where you will find your apron and all the ingredients for the preparation of the dish.
