Please arrive at the designated pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. please text the reservations team at least 24 hours before your tour at +1 (775) 382-2816 with your confirmation number to confirm your pickup location and time.
-Present your valid photo ID to the tour staff.
-Please limit luggage to one (up to the size of a backpack) per guest. Any additional luggage will be subject to a charge of $10 each collected by tour staff.
-In a situation where force majeure prevents the regular operation of the tour, parties affected will not be held responsible as it is circumstances beyond control. Tour guide reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary to best benefit our clients in case of such events.
-Children under 2 years old and not occupying their own seat and not exceed accompanying adults may participate at no charge.
