About this experience

Our half-day Cruise & Lunch showcases the best of Australia’s southernmost district. Cruising every Sunday, experience the produce, seafood and landscapes that shape this incredible region.

Depart the Hobart waterfront at 10:30am and enjoy a leisurely 1/1.5 hr cruise along the D’Entrecasteaux Channel. You’ll learn about the region’s history, landmarks and buildings, whilst taking in spectacular scenery. Spot iconic wildlife, from seals to sea eagles and perhaps even dolphins or whales.

Upon arriving in Woodbridge, take a stroll through our grounds before your degustation lunch, featuring fresh, seasonal produce. Using ingredients from the globally renowned Huon Valley, Bruny Island waters and what we’re growing in our garden.

After a long lunch, punctuated by local wines, craft beers and a couple of small surprises, you’ll return to our luxury catamaran to cruise back to Hobart in quiet comfort, maybe indulging in a Tasmanian whisky or digestif before returning ashore at 4pm.

• On the day of travel, please check in at 10.00am at our cruise desk in Brooke Street Pier.
• Wheelchair accessible, please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required.
• The menu will feature the best local produce we can source and grow in our garden. This will include local seafood, cheeses and other Tasmanian specialties. Our menu is not suitable for vegan, FODMAP and certain other dietary restrictions. Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the point of booking, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. It is important to note, we cannot cater for any dietary restrictions on the day that we are not informed of in advance.
• There is no all-day parking on the waterfront, however if you do require it – we suggest you use Argyle Street Car Park. Alternatively, there is all-day parking located in Evans Street. Parking is not guaranteed at either of these locations, so please ensure you allow adequate time for parking your vehicle.
• Infant meals not included.
