We usually see one or two platypus, and loads of birds. After watching the platypus have their breakfast we relax with ours – a picnic by the creek – before returning to Byron Bay.
We can’t guarantee platypus sightings on this tour, but don’t worry. If we don’t see them we take you on another day, free.

Thank you for your booking. We do have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 people on our tours. If you’ve booked for 1 person, we will need to make sure we have some other people on the tour, so you won’t be on your own.
This is a little weather dependent, we can operate it in light isolated showers but not heavy rain all day. We will contact you if the weather is not appropriate to run this tour.
Please wear covered shoes, bring your own water and a jacket/jumper, it can be a bit cooler early in the morning. If you didn't bring a jacket with you, don't worry we have some spares.
