The meeting point for "Tour with Open Bar" and "Food and Drinks Tour" is Marina Las Perlas (Hotel Imperial Las Perlas Km 2.5, Zona Hotelera, 77500 Cancún, Q.R., México). Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the starting time to proceed with the check-in.

For the "All-inclusive Tour" and the "Full Premium Experience", please, provide the name and address of your hotel to arrange the pick-up.

For the safety of our clients, the snorkeling activity may be canceled due to bad weather. If this occurs, no refund will be provided. To participate in the snorkeling activity you must be at least 8 years old and be in good physical condition. Pregnant women cannot participate in the snorkel.

In case of severe bad weather, the entire tour may be canceled.

In addition, remember you must pay the dock tax (20 USD) upon arrival at the port.
