Depending on where your cruise Ship docked, you will have to take a taxi to Downtown. When you walk to the exit, you will find plenty of taxis available; all taxis belong to the same Taxi Union and are perfectly safe. The tariffs are: from 1 to 4 pax, 12 USD, and from 5 to 8 pax, 24 USD.
IMPORTANT: it is the client's responsibility to arrive on time for the return boat. The provider will not be liable if the client loses it.
