Drop-off for the option Teotihuacan Balloon Ride, guided visit & Guadalupe Shrine is at the same location where you were picked up, although you have the opportunity to stay at Basilica de Guadalupe if you wish to, as long as you want, and return on your own.
For the option without transportation, be at the Balloon Port of Aerodiverti Teotihuacan, located in 55850 San Martín de las Pirámides, Méx., México, 10 minutes before the booked time.
Remember that by order of the Mexican government, it is mandatory to provide the following information for hot air balloon rides: full name, weight, and health conditions. Please also note that if you weigh more than 100 kilos, each additional kilo will incur an additional charge.
