For the Balloon Flight + Teotihuacán and Basilica of Guadalupe, the drop-off location is the same as the meeting one, although you have the opportunity to stay at Basilica de Guadalupe if you wish as long as you want and return on your own.
Flight duration may vary slightly depending on weather conditions.
By order of the Mexican government, it is mandatory to provide the following information for hot air balloon rides: name and surname, weight, and health conditions. In addition, please be advised that if you weigh more than 100 kilos, each additional kilo will incur an additional charge.
Children must be at least 4 years old and have a height greater than 1.20 m to fly on the balloon.
Sandals, high heels, and flip-flops are not allowed.
Backpacks, suitcases, bags, backpacks, or any bulky objects cannot go on the balloon with you.
Neither selfie sticks nor any other objects that remain outside the balloon's basket are allowed.
Start times vary depending on the season: October-March and April-September.
The maximum weight allowed per person to carry out the activity is 150 kg.
