Important notes

For arrivals: Once you have picked up your luggage and passed through customs (in case of international flights) you must go to the arrival hall and go to the service providers exit, there you will find several representatives of different agencies one of them will have an Amigo Tours ticket with your name on it.

Note: do not accept any assistance at the airport that indicates that the service will not be provided and that your taxi reimbursement will be returned to your hotel the next day. Amigo Tours will not give these instructions by phone or by sending its staff. In case of changes in your service we will contact you directly.

For departures: The pick up schedule will be assigned and sent 24 hours before the service date.

Note: If your arrival flight is delayed, cancelled and / or rescheduled, or your connection flight has changed, please call the numbers listed in the reservation voucher immediately to inform us about the changes.
