For the Chichen Itza Ticket + Guide option, please meet your guide at Chichen Itza Parador Turístico, Official Mayan guide (Chichén Itzá, 97757 Chichén Itzá, Yuc., México). Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the booked time.
It is extremely important that you download your tickets at your hotel before arriving at Chichen Itza, as there is no service at the archaeological site, and you will not be able to enter without them.
