We remind you that there are two locations to embark the ferry (depending on the selected option):
- Ultramar Playa Tortugas (Blvd.Kukulcán km 6.5 Zona hotelera, Cancún, Quintana Roo).
- Ultramar Playa Caracol (Blvd.Kukulcán km 9.5 Zona hotelera, Cancún, Quintana Roo).

You must be at the corresponding port at least 30 minutes before the selected departure time. Departure times from Playa Tortugas are every hour and a half, with the first at 9 am and the last at 6 pm. From Playa Caracol, departures are every half hour, starting at 9:15 am and ending at 6:15 pm.

The ferry ride to Isla Mujeres lasts approximately 45 minutes from Playa Tortugas and approximately 30 minutes from Playa Caracol.

The ticket is only valid for the selected route and for the departure date selected. However, the return to Cancun can be done in the following 48 hours from the departure time.
