What you'll see
Ensure your airport needs are covered with this Mumbai airport to hotel transfer. Your friendly representative will meet you upon arrival at the end of the aerobridge / jetway. He / She will be holding a paging board with the lead guest's. After you meet up with the representative, you will be taken in an electric cart till immigration hall. Assistance will be provided in filling out the immigration form. A dedicated porter will then assist with the luggage at the baggage belt, and will also transfer the luggage to the waiting vehicle that will take you to your hotel.
The airport representative will hand you over to a friendly and professional chauffeur just as you exit the terminal. Relax after a long flight in the comfort of your air-conditioned private vehicle as you travel to your hotel in Mumbai city.

Electric cart in the terminal is subject to availability & location of the gate at which the flight arrives. In case a flight connects to any of the gates / aerobrdiges that are close to the exit leading to the immigation hall (which requires minimal walking) an electric cart will not be used
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid visa / travel documents. In case entry is refused by immigration or any passenger is deported, we will not be liable, and no refund can be given towards the booking.
The Meet & Assist executives cannot interfere during government regulated procedures eg. Immigration, Customs and Security
For airport transfer, no child seats or baby capsules are provided; infants must be seated on the lap of an adult.
Flight and hotel details must be provided at the time of booking (including flight times and number, as well as hotel name and address)
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 2 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
We reserve the right to charge additional fee, in case the flight is delayed over one (1) hour from the Scheduled Time of Arrival.
Meeting point
Our executive will be standing at the exit of the aerobridge holding a paging board with the name of the lead guest on it. We will escort the guest in an electric cart, then assist with immigration and to luggage belt where a porter will assist with the guest luggage till the waiting car.
